Footer reach rate

Share of eligible sessions where the user reaches the footer or uses footer-level support, policy, account, or contact links.

Footer reach rate is useful on pages where the footer carries support, policy, contact, account, or navigation links. Infinite scroll, false endings, and hijacked sequences can make that area functionally unreachable.

Measure a footer-visible event, footer link clicks, or both. Segment by page type and device, because mobile product lists and feeds often expose the problem most clearly.
